Here is a tentative schedule for events and fundraisers that PHS is planning. We will post additional details on here and facebook page as we get closer to the dates.

Paws for Pets – Starts Jan 18th. IGA in Mount Vernon will be selling Paw Prints for $ 1 with all proceeds benefiting PHS

Hacienda Gives Back – Feb 7th, Westside Location - Pearl Dr. A portion of your meal purchase will be donated to Posey Humane Society. You must present the Hacienda Give Back coupon in order for Posey Humane Society to receive the donation.

Petsmart Adoptathon - Feb 10th - 12th, Posey Humane Society along with other local rescues and animal shelters will have animals available for adoption at the Petsmart Eastside location.

Pork Loin Fundraiser – Feb 18th, PHS is selling half a pork loin for $ 25. Orders can be placed online by emailing Megan@poseyhumane.org. Please be sure to include Pork Loin Order, your name and phone number. I will call to confirm your order within 24 - 48 hours. Orders can also be placed with other board members or by calling 455-7357 and leaving your name and number. Pork loins will be available for pick up on Feb 17th.

Golf Outing – June 22nd, Tickets will be available for purchase starting in Feb. Hole sponsorships are available now. For additional information, contact the shelter 812-838-3211.

PHS Art Gala – Aug 11th, a formal dinner and silent auction to be held at Western Hills Country Club.

Dog Wash & Microchipping – Spring/Summer 2012

River Days Food Booth – Sept 2012, Food booth & Pet Parade.

Kunstfest Food Booth – Sept 2012, Food booth

Tails & Trails – Oct 20th, 2012, Harmonie State Park. There will be demonstrations, food, raffle table, poker run & more.
